These apps weren't designed in a pitch deck. They were built inside Cervello Financial Planning — a Chartered financial planning firm — to solve the problems that were costing us time, money and sleep.

Every advice firm knows the list. File reviews that cost half a day each, so you sample instead of covering. Meeting transcripts recorded for compliance and never read again. Annual reviews that eat weeks of adviser time. Discovery documents deferred until the prospect goes cold. Cash advice skipped because the paperwork isn't worth it.

We built one app at a time to take those jobs off our own desks — starting with the work that was most expensive and least scalable — and ran each one on live cases until it held up. Sentinel reviews our files. Strata writes our reviews. Cadence scores our meetings, including the founder's. What you see on this site is the software we run our own firm on.

The suite was started by Chris Daems, Cervello's founder, and is built on Claude — Anthropic's AI — with a simple rule throughout: the machine does the mechanical part, the adviser keeps the judgement, and every claim the software makes can be traced to its evidence.
